How do I place my order? 

Once you have found a product you wish to purchase, click "add to cart", then "checkout", you will then be asked to input your payment information, shipping address and billing address. 

What is average shipping time? 

Depending on your location in the U.S., our average shipping time per customer is 2 to 3 business days once item is in stock, if not in stock email info@doughthorleyheaders.com for time frames. Doug Thorley Headers’ (DTH) shipping times are during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 8am to 1pm PST. All order placed after 1pm MST will be filled the next day as long as stock on hand is available. All orders with products that are not in stock will be filled as soon as they become available. Some orders placed can have the particular item number order either in production or needs to be built. Please contact us for shipping windows.

Do you accept returns or items I do not want?

Payments are typically posted within 1-3 business days once order is submitted, depending on type of payment method.

We use FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Express as our shipping carriers.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a link to view your order status.
